Scholarship Foundation President and CEO Victoria Juarez (left) was a featured guest on KZSB’s ‘Arts and Antiques Radio Show’ this morning (February 15). Joining her and host Elizabeth Stewart were San Marcos High School senior Camille Lubach and her mother, Lori Cooper. Camille won best of show honors in the Foundation’s recent art scholarship competition.
